1. Proprietary Software & Methods
The following systems, methods, and frameworks are protected:

- Chunk-Based Fallacy & Bias Detection System
- Taxonomy-Compressed Reasoning Framework
- Rationality Profile™
- Master Fallacy & Bias Map™
- Cognitive Turbulence Indicators
- Cognitive Compass Score™
- Narrative Manipulation Detection Pipeline
- Dual-Model Fusion Architecture (OpenAI + Grok)
These systems may be protected by copyright, trade secret, and one or more pending or future patent applications.
2. Report Formats & Visual Design
The structure, layout, and appearance of MindPilot reports, including Cognitive Flight Reports™, are protected as trade dress and/or copyrighted works. This includes:
- Overall page layout and section ordering
- Card-based and collapsible section design
- Visual grouping of reasoning maps, bias/fallacy listings, and summaries
- Consistent terminology, section headings, and groupings
- Graphical treatments and “flight deck” metaphors
Attempts to replicate or closely imitate this arrangement, presentation, or distinctive “look and feel” in competing products may constitute trade dress infringement.
3. Prompts, Taxonomies & Reasoning Frameworks
MindPilot uses proprietary prompt architectures, taxonomies, and reasoning frameworks to analyze logical fallacies, cognitive biases, rhetorical tactics, and manipulation patterns. These include:
- Compressed fallacy and bias taxonomies
- Custom reasoning “domains” (F/B/R/M and related groupings)
- Structured scoring and mapping systems
- Prompt templates and multi-step analysis sequences
- Language and phrases used to elicit consistent reasoning analysis
These elements are protected as proprietary trade secrets and copyrighted works. Reversing or reusing them to build a competing system is prohibited.
4. Trademarks
The following marks are trademarks and/or service marks of Insight Dynamics LLC:
- MindPilot™
- MindPilot AI™
- Cognitive Flight Report™
- MindPilot Analysis Engine™
- Rationality Profile™
- Master Fallacy & Bias Map™
- Cognitive Turbulence Detector™
- Compressed Taxonomy Reasoning Framework™
- Insight Dynamics™
Unauthorized use of these marks or confusingly similar marks, including in domain names, product names, or marketing materials, is prohibited.
5. Prohibited Uses
Without prior written permission from Insight Dynamics LLC, you may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or repackage MindPilot reports at scale
- Use MindPilot outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise improve any machine learning model, large language model, AI system, or automated reasoning engine
- Scrape or systematically harvest large volumes of MindPilot content, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, prompts, or generated reports
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive MindPilot’s internal prompts, taxonomies, or scoring systems
- Clone or closely imitate MindPilot’s unique report structure, reasoning flows, or UI/UX in a competing product
- Repackage MindPilot as part of automated scraping tools, proxy tools, or resale services
6. User License
Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MindPilot reports solely for personal analysis, education, research, or commentary.
Commercial distribution, resale, or integration of MindPilot outputs into other AI systems, tools, dashboards, or commercial services is strictly prohibited without a separate written agreement.
7. Enforcement
Insight Dynamics LLC actively enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, reverse engineering, or commercial misuse may result in:
- Termination of access to MindPilot
- DMCA takedown notices
- Civil legal actions
- Trademark enforcement proceedings
- Claims for damages and injunctive relief
